test failure (timeout) seems unrelated.

[~vinodkv], [~stevel@apache.org], [~kkambatl], [~rvs], over the weekend I've updated the patch
with comments in the YARN non-leaf POM stating no dependencies should be added there. No other
changes. Unless I hear further comments I'm planning to commit this later today to trunk and
branch-2. Thanks for your reviews.
