Jian He commented on YARN-659:
------------------------------

Hi [~ozawa], I noticed that while we are removing app state from ZK, we still need to know
the associated attempt IDs ? And remove app and attempts as a multi operation. If ZK supports
'directory removal', then we are fine, simply removing the app root dir and all the sudir's
attempts are gone. But if not, removeApplication APIs can not just take an applicationId,
we can close this ticket in this case.

> There is no need to give in the whole state for removal - just an ID should be enough
when an app finishes.
