BTW, if we use {{[a-zA-Z_]+[a-zA-Z0-9_]*}}, then that will be compatible with Windows too.
 It looks like Windows actually allows many more characters than that, but I think it makes
sense to stick to a minimal set that we expect to work cross-platform.
