In Alejandro's example, it would be possible to have 9.5 GB of the node used, in which case
.5 GB would be left over, but no containers would be able to allocated there.  So, as Jason
says, with incr different than min, there are cases where with a proper configuration node
may leave behind some unusable space.  There will never be more unusable space than the minimum
allocation.
