Zhijie, Thanks for catching the miss in MiniYARNCluster. For TestLocalContainerAllocator,
ContainerManagerImpl we may still leave it as wrapped by YarnException since the client deems
that IOException comes from RPC layer not from server as Bikas mentioned.
Upload a new patch.
