Thanks for your review. I have fixed the divide by 0 and moved the getPercentage method. I
was in two minds myself where to put that. But it seems like Resource.getMemory is being used
in a LOT of places anyway so I don't think we mind leaking those semantics in non-Resource
code.

If I was to use StringUtils.join then I'd have to create a collection. That seems rather unweildy.
Could we please check it in as is?
