Thanks for the patch Ravi. Calculations look good. Some things I am wondering about.

* Please check for divide by zero in Resource.getPercentage
* The string formatting of the result in Resource.getPercentage doesn't feel like the right
place for this. Perhaps move to render?
* Can we use StringUtils.join to handle the comma separated values you are outputting?
