it's a plain design aspect of the new API to be used in more modular
fashion,In the new API(2.x.x) ​JobContextImpl Class available which
implement the JobContext interface,prior to this there is no
JobContextImpl class,api
provide the implementation of the jobcontext which was extended by the job
class.
