Subject [jira] Commented: (PIG-265) Make all functions in pig case insesitive.

Benjamin Reed commented on PIG-265:

-1 it would be very hard to make UDFs case insensitive unless we require every UDF to be defined
before it is used. (Java classes are case sensitive so case insensitive lookups could be very
inefficient.) Making builtins case insensitive and others not would be even more confusing.
(Personally I would rather go the other way and make everything case sensitive. It's much
more consistent with most popular languages and it makes the scripts more consistent.)
