Well what if you want to retain the state in the visitor before the other walker is called?
You would have to associate a stack for that too then. For example a printer which wants to
do pretty printing might want maintain the depth it is currently running at. In this case,
when the walker for the nested plan is called, the depth in the visitor will be replaced by
the depth of the nested plan.
