Subject NoClassDefFoundError in eclipse plugin

Hi

  I'm building a eclipse plugin  for the hadoop-2.2.0.
  It come out an NoClassDefFoundError[1] exception even I have put the jar
in the classpath.
 Would  anybody  give some suggestions?
