The license issue was partially fixed by HADOOP-14990.

Lines that start with ????? in the ASF License  report indicate files that do not have an
Apache license header:
 !????? /testptch/hadoop/hadoop-mapreduce-project/hadoop-mapreduce-client/hadoop-mapreduce-client-jobclient/jobTokenPassword

After running the tests, jobTokenPassword was wrongly placed in the root directory of the
module. The file should be placed under the target directory, and we need to fix this in a
separate issue. TestPipeApplication timeout should be fixed in another separate issue.
