Thanks [~templedf] for the review. I uploaded patch 004 for your comments.

      while (line != null) {
        result.add(line);
        line = in.readLine();
      }

sounds simple enough to me since there are only two line in the loop and to remove one line
does make it a little bit simpler but the while condition clause gets more complex though.
