Also, it could be that the timeouts I set in the tests are still too low for you, if your
machine is that slow. Can you increase them by up to an order of magnitude to check that?

deleted those unit tests. These Rumen unit tests need to be brought back:

> TestRumenAnonymization.java
> TestParsedLine.java
> TestConcurrentRead.java
