TestMRJobClient is failing on trunk, branch-2, branch-2.1-beta

The other test failures aren't related. 

MAPREDUCE-5535 for TestClusterMRNotification
MAPREDUCE-5481 for TestUberAM
TestNetworkedJob is passing locally.
