Tsuyoshi OZAWA updated MAPREDUCE-5221:
--------------------------------------

    Attachment: MAPREDUCE-5221.4.patch

Hi Mariappan,
I've created a patch which just unconditionally creates a CombineOutputCollector, because
I confirmed that instantiation of CombineOutputCollector is not expensive and implementation
cost is also low.

I'll make this ticket's status Patch subimitted after finishing subtasks. Thank you for review.

> If a combiner is specified using o.a.h.mapreduce.Job.setCombinerClass - this will silently
ignored on the reduce side since the reduce side usage is only aware of the old api combiner.
> This doesn't fail the job - since the new combiner key does not deprecate the old key.
