Chris Nauroth updated MAPREDUCE-4987:
-------------------------------------

     Target Version/s: 3.0.0 (was: trunk-win)
    Affects Version/s: (was: trunk-win)
                       3.0.0
             Assignee: Chris Nauroth

In addition to the symlink problem mentioned earlier, I've discovered that there are also
some problems with the logic for packaging the classpath into a jar manifest on Windows.
This can cause us to miss distributed cache entries on the classpath. I'm going to try to
address all of this in the same patch.

> On Windows, {{TestMRJobs#testDistributedCache}} fails on an assertion while checking
the length of a symlink. It expects to see the length of the target of the symlink, but Java
6 on Windows always reports that a symlink has length 0.
