jian fan updated MAPREDUCE-338:
-------------------------------

    Description:
We need a programmatic way to find out the information about a map/reduce cluster and the
jobs on the cluster.
The current API is not complete.
In particular, the following API functions are needed:

1. jobs() currently, there is an API function JobsToComplete, which returns running/waiting
jobs only. jobs() should return the complete list.
2. TaskReport[] getMap/ReduceTaskReports(String jobid)
3. getStartTime()
4. getJobStatus(String jobid);
5. getJobProfile(String jobid);
