here is an initial patch.  

files added to the tarball are listed below. I'm using the packaging type of pom in the hadoop-pipes
pom.xml because all it does it run ant to generate the libraries via cmake and there are no
jar files.  If anyone has a better way of doing this let me know.

I'll see if I can figure out a way to tell it not to package the pom.
