I'm not 100% happy with the patch but I think it is a reasonable compromise. At first I've
tried propagating a new exception to the client, but the YarnRemoteExceptionPBImpl it seems
not designed to be extended, its getCause() method returns a YarnRemoteException and the implementation
returns a YANRemoteExceptionImpl. Furthermore there are no subclasses of those exceptions
in YARN/MR thus inclined to thing they have not been designed for being subclassed.
