After some debugging, it appears that the size isn't being calculated properly (set to 0)
if the user specifies a directory to go into the distributed cache. It only appears to happen
if its a private cached directory. I'm working on a patch.

Allen, can you confirm that your users were specifying a directory to be cached and not a
