Jason, I haven't tried the patch so just a question -  the original patch that added the check
removed in your patch was to get rid of the link for JobCounters (or any counters) which weren't
generated by a map / reduce task. It inadvertently broke the task counters.  Does it still
properly not create the link for job counters that weren't generated by a map or reduce task?
