Alright, looks good to me overall.

>From the security stand-point, because we are hooking into the jetty server itself via
the jersey-guice bridging magic, it looks to me that we are fine.

My only big concern is the extra layer of the data access objects, in view of the maintenance
overhead. We already have the read-only views everywhere for the web apps to use, but I guess
the jersey approach warrants these objects.

I think it'd be useful to be able to specify the format type (xml|json) when requesting via
a browser. Possibly another JIRA.
