Hey Arun,

Do you want just the putIfAbsent vars specified in the latest patch, or do you want to modify
setEnvFromInputString to putIfAbsent for ALL env variables specified in admin-env? I have
some concern about doing the latter, as it changes the existing behavior of the setEnv.. method,
which is used in MR, not just YARN.
