Hdfs trunk shows no sign of using RefreshUserToGroupMappingsProtocol while commons trunk also
has no file with the name RefreshUserToGroupMappingsProtocol.java. Maybe updating the hdfs
snapshot jar in mapreduce trunk should solve this issue.
