Aaron,

I changed the code according to your guidelines, and merged it to the trunk.

As far as the unit tests for supporting new Oracle data types, I modified the OracleManagerTest.java
file to include data types TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE and TIMESTAMP WITH LOCAL TIME ZONE. I
tested it in my local environment, so in order to verify that it works a separate QA environment
with Oracle database will need to be configured.

Let me know if the code changes are sufficient.
