We should do this for the correctness part, as Hemanth pointed out. 

Hemanth, if we are doing the above, current directory structure is still fine, right?  We need not introduce task-id in the directory structure. The patch will be replacing current FileUtil.chmod call with the call to TaskController.  Does it make sense?
