In general, we should look at this as an opportunity to clean up the job-submission interface
(currently JobClient) and the goal is not to be compatible on a feature-by-feature basis.
I'll try and take a closer look at the interfaces added to org.apache.hadoop.mapreduce.Job
soon, but I thought I should spell out the underlying vision.
