You need to build the jar yourself.
Refer to:
http://osg-test2.unl.edu/documentation/hadoop/building-a-hadoop-release

Under hadoop-0.20.2/src/contrib/thriftfs, type:
ant jar

You would have thriftfs.jar under:
hadoop-0.20.2/build/contrib/thriftfs/
