Also I don't think the \xxx syntax works for specifying ASCII characters in the delimiter
specification sections of CREATE TABLE. The tutorial has them unquoted but I think the literals
need to go in single quotes or in some other format.

Also the LOAD DATA syntax is now different than described in the tutorial
