Subject [jira] [Updated] (HDFS-14686) HttpFS: HttpFSFileSystem#getErasureCodingPolicy always returns null
Date Wed, 31 Jul 2019 08:11:00 GMT

Siyao Meng updated HDFS-14686:
------------------------------
    Description:
The root cause is that FSOperations#contentSummaryToJSON doesn't parse ContentSummary.erasureCodingPolicy
into the json.

The expected behavior is that HttpFSFileSystem#getErasureCodingPolicy should at least return
"" (empty string, for directories or symlinks), or "Replicated" (for non-EC files), "RS-6-3-1024k",
etc.
