[~elgoiri] i think we can close this issue , as we are parsing the -setQuota 's parameters nsQuota
and ssQuota

nsQuota = Long.parseLong(parameters[i]);

ssQuota = StringUtils.TraditionalBinaryPrefix
.string2long(parameters[i]);
