Thanks [~hanishakoneru] for working on this. The patch looks good to me. Few minor comments:

1) Can we rename OMNodeInfo to OMNodeDetails similar to DataNodeDetails just to be consistent.

2) OzoneManager#startRatisServer starts the Raft server and Raft Client as well. Can we separate
these two?

3) If a raft request fails because of connection issues between the client and leader or communication
failure in between servers, ratis client actually will fail all the subsequent requests. In
such cases, the client needs to be closed and reinitialized again. This can be addressed in
a separate Jira as well.

4) Some unit tests need to be added.
