After these issues should go away.
./ozone oz --help -createVolume
Missing required options [--user=<userName>, params[0..*]=<uri>]
Usage: ozone oz -createVolume [-hV] [-root] [-quota=<quota>] -user=<userName>
Creates a volume for the specified user
      <uri>           URI of the volume.
                      Ozone URI could start with o3:// or http(s)://
or without
                        prefix. REST protocol will be used for http(s),
                        otherwise. URI may contain the host and port
of the SCM
                        server. Both are optional. If they are not
specified it will
                        be identified from the config files.
  -h, --help          Show this help message and exit.
      -quota, --quota=<quota>
                      Quota of the newly created volume (eg. 1G)
      -root, --root   Development flag to execute the command as the admin (hdfs)
      -user, --user=<userName>
                      Owner of of the volume
  -V, --version       Print version information and exit.{code}
