Thanks [~anu], for the review comments. In patch v4 , i have removed the code for removing
the datanode entry from Node2ContainerMap as per our discusion

offline. Essentially now, patch v4 plugs in the event queue in SCM  and updates the node2ConatinerMap
while processing the container reports. There is a FailedNodeEvent handler structure introduced
with actions listed out what needs to bee done in case of a FailedNodeEvent, but the actual
code for handling the FailedNodeEvent with tests will be added in a separate jira.
