Actually the unit tests is failing, the logs are [here|https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HDFS-Build/23266/testReport/org.apache.hadoop.hdfs.server.federation.resolver/TestMountTableResolver/testLocationCache/].
The destination doesn't seem correct. I would change the map to be:
{code}
Map<String, String> map = getMountTableEntry("1", "/testlocationcache");
{code}
