Chen Liang commented on HDFS-12387:
-----------------------------------

Also just noticed another thing...this is not really about the change added in this JIRA though.

Is it correct at all to call {{ContainerProtocolCalls#createContainer}} in {{ChunkGroupOutputStream}}
directly? Because {{ContainerOperationClient#createContainer}} has this state machine transition
before and after calling {{ContainerProtocolCalls.createContainer}}, this gives me the impression
that anywhere else should be calling {{ContainerOperationClient#createContainer}} rather than
{{ContainerProtocolCalls.createContainer}} directly because doing this bypasses that state
machine...

Please correct me if I'm wrong...

> Ozone container layer supports pluggable replication policies. This JIRA brings Apache
