It's renamed in {{KeySpaceManagerProtocolServerSideTranslatorPB#exceptionToResponseStatus}},
so I didn't change it in the latest patch.

I've exposed metadata store in metadata manager instead of creating listKeys(keyPrefix, maxKeys).
Other comments are addressed, upload v3 patch.
