Yes, this does depends on the actual settings, it is possible that this could work out. This
is why we only try to log a WARN message. But it seems generally not a good idea to make these
directories encryption zone, if there will be things like nested encryption zone, it will
be even more difficult to get right.

I'm not sure though, should this go into documentation or log, any comments? [~xyao]?
