[~kihwal] [~zhz] I am not sure what your plans are to support migration from one block placement
policy to another (i.e. migrating from default to upgrade domains), but I have a patch posted
on this jira which contains the migrator that we used to convert our clusters. It is definitely
does not handle all use cases, so I would be interested to hear your approaches as well. Thanks!
