Hi Chen, Thanks for the review. Following are my replies

1) This code has just been moved from "writeBlockBufferToFile" to the start function, This
is done to make sure that if the directory doesn't exist then they should be created when
CblockCache is starting

2) This case can occur in case of shutdown, where writeBlockBufferToFile will be called as
part of shutdown even when the blockIDBuffer is empty.
