Hi [~anu]

When I work on this one, I feel the current implementation of accessing container leveldb
store is not flexible. LevelDB only allows a single process to access database at a time,
so if I want to check the data in the db, I have to get the instance of this levelD. However
that instance is maintained in a cache in {{KeyManagerImpl}}, this makes it hard to access
from outside.

I am thinking to move the cache out, get something like {{LevelDBFactory.getInstance(File
dbpath)}} or {{LevelDBFactory.getInstance(String containerName)}} to retrieve the instance
of the database by database path, this way other places would easy obtain an instance and
access the db store. Does that make sense to you?

> The Storage Container remove call must check if there are keys in the container before
removing itself. if not it should return an error, ERROR_CONTAINER_NOT_EMPTY.
