Thanks [~brahmareddy] for catching this. I found other similar tests fails due to using {{PathUtils.getTestPath}},like
{{TestFetchImage#testFetchImageHA}}. I think the root cause of this should be the test path
generated in Windows system is not suitable applying in HDFS path. If we fix this failure
by replacing {{PathUtils#getTestPath}}, it seems not a good way. And then this method will
not never be used. I am thinking we can add the additional operation to get a valid path in
case the operation system is Windows.
