Thanks for working on this, [~tasanuma0829]. And thanks for the review, [~ajisakaa].

The patch looks good to me. One minor comment is about the change in NameNodeFsck: currently
we do not print detailed replica info for a missing replicated block. However for a striped
block with less than min-replication number of internal blocks, we may still want to print
out its internal block information even though we can claim it as MISSING.
