If the namenode http ip address is set to 0.0.0.0 on the namenode, this change won't be very
useful. Setting the http bind address is not mandatory, if the user can deploy different configs
for the NN and the clients.  Using {{NameNode.getRpcServerAddress()}} might be better. After
the {{NameNodeRpcServer}} is initialized, the defaultFS is set and {{NameNode.getRpcServerAddress()}}
will get the address from there afterwards.
