    Description: In the ozone branch, we have implemented Web Interface calls using JAX-RS.
This was very useful when the REST interfaces where in flux. This JIRA proposes to replace
Jersey based code with pure netty and remove any dependency that Ozone has on Jersey. This
will create both faster and simpler code in Ozone web interface.  (was: In the ozone branch,
