The new patch passes all {{TestDFSStripedOutputStreamWithFailurexxx}} tests locally, even
with the randomized factor turned off. Triggering Jenkins again.

Actually trunk is failing some of those tests, like [this one | https://builds.apache.org/job/PreCommit-HDFS-Build/13572/testReport/org.apache.hadoop.hdfs/TestDFSStripedOutputStreamWithFailure050/test0/].
