Yes. And maybe another option is, instead of letting the DataStreamer threads doing the RPC
to NN for the next block, we can let the main thread do the RPC (maybe during {{writeChunk}})
and all the streamer threads just wait for the result. In this way we may simplify the current
logic as well. Let me explore more in the direction today.
