[~zhz] [~jingzhao] Thank you so much for reviewing. I'll do below points based on these comments.
* Write {{DoubleCellBuffer}} to wrap indexed cell buffers.
* Use {{CompletionService}} instead of {{ParityGenerator}}.
* Add an initial test code to verify simple scenario.
