    Description: when we have federation set up, the default file system would become viewfs,
trash emptier is going to scan viewfs://namespace/user. However, if we don't have a link in
the mounttable.xml (viewfs://namespace/user ---> hdfs://namespace/user), then trash emptier
cannot find the user directory. Therefore, we should have namenode use hdfs as its default
filesystem
